A woman lies in the middle of a garbage dump, surrounded by a jumble of discarded objects, materials, and debris. Yet, in the midst of this chaos, something beautiful emerges. In *L’Astronaute*, the ugly becomes beautiful. The colors, textures, and contrasts transform this normally repulsive place into an almost surreal world. The woman’s presence creates a contrast between fragility and disorder, beauty and abandonment. A work that invites us to look differently at what we usually choose not to see.
