My artistic practice is a balance between intuition and reflection. I navigate my creative choices instinctively, trusting in the fluidity of the process. When I add elements, I hesitate, ensuring that every detail seems essential. Yet when it comes to removing them, I do so with a sense of liberation, with the immense satisfaction of knowing that what remains is indispensable. My work flourishes in this dynamic tension, where intuition and precision shape each piece. Despite an apparent, unbridled spontaneity, each work is imbued with rigor. Layers of brushstrokes, sometimes precise, sometimes fluid, build on an underlying structure. The introduction of mixed media elements, such as collage paper and pencil strokes, adds depth and texture to the canvas. The residual shadows of words and hidden narratives shine through the superimposed paint. I favor a spatial openness, offering a soothing contrast to the intensity of expressionism.
