Abstract
I am a retired physician and photographer drawn to patterns, textures, and the unexpected within everyday life. My years in medicine cultivated habits of close observation and attention to subtle detail—qualities that continue to inform how I see and photograph. My work ranges from architectural details and urban scenes to botanical studies and abstract imagery. Through selective framing, color, and black and white, I explore how familiar subjects can become unfamiliar, revealing shapes and relationships that might otherwise go unnoticed.
