A native of Montreal, Richard Dumas has been drawing since he was very young, enjoying himself by recreating the most popular cartoons featuring Bugs Bunny and friends. In 1975, he enrolled in the architecture and interior design program at CEGEP, where he learned various drawing techniques, including perspective, freehand drawing, and architectural rendering.
