André JAY Chapdelaine is a contemporary Canadian artist based in Montréal, Québec. His practice brings together acrylic painting, mixed media, graphite drawing and street photography to explore memory, identity and the human experience. Inspired by landscapes, labour, social change and personal history, his work combines layered textures and symbolic forms to create contemplative visual narratives that invite viewers to reflect on the traces we leave behind.
