A native of Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada, ARdeC is a self-taught painter who discovered her passion for art as a teenager. He took classes in charcoal, drawing, and gouache with painters Léo Ayotte and Marcel Bellerive at their studio in St-Rock-de-Mékinac. Living in Nicolet, he is surrounded by nature every day, in all its diversity, as he lives near the Lac St-Pierre World Biosphere Reserve.
